Our story

A longtime mountain gathering place, carried forward

Black Hat Cattle Co. remains rooted in the history of this building, the spirit of the community, and the hospitality that keeps people coming back.

This transition has been in the works for some time, and we are incredibly grateful that Dave Rodriguez chose us to carry forward a concept he poured his heart and soul into.

For decades, this building has been home to a steakhouse and a place where friends, families, and neighbors gather. We are proud to preserve that history while thoughtfully bringing the next chapter of Black Hat to life.

Come by for steaks, seafood, cocktails, weekend brunch, and patio seating — all shaped by the same goal of making Black Hat feel familiar, welcoming, and worth settling into.

Tuesday through Thursday dinner is served from 4pm to 9pm, Friday from 4pm to 10pm, Saturday from 10am to 10pm, and Sunday from 10am to 8pm. Monday is closed. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

Reservations are not available on Mondays. Please choose Tuesday through Sunday for available times.
