He is stepping into the Battle of the Beef Masters, where Colorado's top chefs go head-to-head in a live-fire showdown for a $2,000 grand prize and the title of champion.
Before he heads to Denver, stop by The Lazy Butcher for favorites like in-house smoked breakfast sausages, bacon jam dip, and whatever is coming off the smoker that day.
