Use of This Site
You may use this site to learn about Black Hat Cattle Co., make inquiries, view menus and events, buy tickets, and contact our team.
- You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout or forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private systems, submit false information, or use the site in a way that harms guests, staff, vendors, or the business.
- Website content, including copy, photos, logos, brand marks, menus, event materials, and page designs, belongs to Black Hat Cattle Co. or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission except as allowed by law.
- Menus, hours, availability, event details, pricing, and policies may change. We try to keep public information accurate, but mistakes and delays can happen.
- Links to third-party sites, reservation tools, payment processors, map services, social platforms, and related services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
Restaurant and Events
Restaurant visits, private events, public ticketed events, and catering inquiries may each have additional terms.
- Reservations are subject to availability, party-size limits, posted policies, and operational needs. We may contact guests about reservation timing, seating, special requests, or changes.
- Private event proposals, holds, deposits, minimums, menus, staffing, rentals, taxes, service charges, cancellation terms, and payment schedules are handled through separate written agreements or event communications.
- Public events may have limited capacity, age restrictions, arrival windows, seating rules, menu inclusions, weather plans, and venue-specific house rules.
- Guests are expected to follow staff direction, safety instructions, posted policies, and applicable laws. We may refuse service or admission where appropriate for safety, legal compliance, disruptive behavior, intoxication, misuse of tickets, or operational reasons.
Ticket Purchasing
Ticket purchases are subject to the event page details shown at checkout and any event-specific policy text included with the listing.
AvailabilityTickets are not held until checkout is complete and payment is accepted.
Fees and TaxesPrices may include or add taxes, service fees, processing fees, ticket-protection charges, or add-ons as shown before purchase.
DeliveryTickets may be delivered by email, QR code, PDF, wallet pass, order page, or another delivery method shown for the event.
AdmissionA valid ticket, scannable QR code, order record, or guest-list verification may be required for entry.
- By purchasing tickets, you confirm that the order details, event date and time, ticket quantity, attendee information, price, fees, and event policies are correct before submitting payment.
- Ticket confirmations may be sent to the buyer email address. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and for protecting ticket links, QR codes, wallet passes, and pass codes.
- Unless an event page says otherwise, tickets are revocable licenses for admission to a specific event and do not guarantee a particular seat, table, menu substitution, performer, schedule element, or weather condition.
- Event-specific refund policies control. If no separate refund policy is posted, ticket sales should be treated as final unless Black Hat Cattle Co. approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
- If an event is postponed, rescheduled, materially changed, or canceled, we may offer options such as honoring tickets for a new date, issuing credits, or processing refunds according to the circumstances and posted policy.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may delay support, invalidate tickets, or require additional verification. Please contact us first if something looks wrong with your order.
- Resale, transfers, or sharing may be limited by event-specific rules. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.
Protection, Wallets, and Add-Ons
Some events may offer optional add-ons, wallet passes, ticket protection, or third-party services.
- Optional ticket protection, if offered, may be provided by a third-party provider and subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, claims processes, exclusions, and fees.
- Wallet passes and calendar links are conveniences. You should keep the original confirmation email or order link in case a wallet provider, device, email client, or network connection fails.
- Add-ons, merchandise, food and beverage inclusions, and VIP packages are subject to the description shown at checkout and may have separate fulfillment or substitution rules.
- Discount codes, complimentary tickets, guest-list tickets, and manually issued tickets may be subject to additional limits, verification, or non-transferability.
Liability and Disputes
These terms are intended to set practical expectations for a hospitality website and event ticketing experience.
- The site and online services are provided as available. We do not guarantee that the site, third-party systems, ticket delivery, or checkout will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Black Hat Cattle Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to use of the site, event pages, or ticketing services.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer-protection rights.
- If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly and practically.
