Warm wood, soft lighting, and an atmosphere shaped by years of mountain hospitality define Heritage Hall. It's one open room under a vaulted ceiling, configurable to suit the scale and mood of any gathering — from an intimate dinner to a full buyout. Exposed timber, layered textiles, and carefully selected art give every event a backdrop worth noticing.

A chair lift is available on the right-side stairway for guests who need assistance reaching the second-floor event space. Share accessibility needs with the events team in advance so arrival can be coordinated.

For decades, this building in the Kittredge foothills has been a gathering place — a steakhouse, a community anchor, a spot where people came to mark moments. When we took over Black Hat Cattle Co., we made a commitment to carry that tradition forward thoughtfully.
Heritage Hall is our expression of that commitment in its most deliberate form — a dedicated space for private events that honors the spirit of what this building has always been while bringing the warmth and detail of a modern Black Hat experience.
