Rehearsal Dinners
The night before matters. Seated dinners for up to 50, toasting coordination, custom multi-course menus, and the warmth of a private venue your guests will remember.

Heritage Hall hosts public ticketed events throughout the year — tastings, special dinners, after parties, and community gatherings. Producers, chefs, organizers, and local groups are welcome to inquire.
Public events at Heritage Hall are ticketed through our events team. Producers, restaurants, organizers, and community groups can partner with us to host experiences that bring people together around food, drink, and the Kittredge community.
Venue rental, catering, and bar service from Velvet Brim are available as a complete package or à la carte for third-party organizers. Preferred community pricing available for qualifying non-profits and civic groups.
Tastings
Ticketed bourbon tastings, wine dinners, culinary flights, and spirit education events. Guided by producers or in-house — each seat sold, each guest walked through the pour.
Special Dinners
Seasonal chef's table dinners, farm-to-table collaborations, and themed culinary evenings. Limited seats, ticketed in advance, featuring menus built specifically for the occasion.
After Parties
Official after parties for local concerts, festivals, and area events. Bar-forward formats, late-night bites, and the intimacy of a proper venue — not a roped-off corner of a bar.

Floor plan & capacity
Heritage Hall occupies approximately 2,400 square feet of interior space plus a 600 sq ft covered outdoor terrace. The main hall, private dining room, and Velvet Brim bar can be configured independently or as a full venue buyout.

House Sound System
Professional-grade distributed speaker system covering the full main hall and private dining room. Adjustable zones, Bluetooth and auxiliary input, and on-site AV support.
Event Lighting
Full programmable lighting rig including ambient dimmers, accent washes, and colored up-lights. Multiple preset scenes for ceremony, dinner, reception, and late-night formats.
Projection Screen
120" motorized drop-down projection screen with a high-lumen 4K projector. Ideal for presentations, photo slideshows, video tributes, and branded content display.
Video Conferencing
Integrated video conferencing system compatible with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. Front-facing HD camera, room microphone array, and screen share capability for hybrid events.
House Laptop
A dedicated house laptop pre-loaded with presentation software and available for event use. HDMI, USB-C, and wireless display options available.
Wireless Microphone System
Two wireless handheld microphones plus one lapel/lavalier microphone. Ideal for toasts, speeches, panels, and presentations. Additional handhelds available on request.
200 Mbps Dedicated Wi-Fi
200 Mbps dedicated event Wi-Fi with a private SSID and password for your guests. Network access for AV equipment, video conferencing, and guest devices included.
AV Setup & Support — All AV systems are set up and tested before your event by our in-house team. On-call AV support is available for the duration of your event. Additional equipment (second projector, LED wall panels, livestreaming setup) available upon request with advance notice.
